Dóra Elekes is an award-winning children’s author. Her book Mother and the Ginns broaches the difficult topic of growing up with an alcoholic parent, and was chosen a “White Raven” by the International Jugendbibliothek, while her next book Of Betty and Other Gods, won the Children’s Book of the Year award in 2017.
